SUBMISSION & DEADLINES

SUBMITTING THE THESIS

Your thesis should have been examined by your supervisor and you should have revised it according to the supervisor’s suggestions prior to the submission date. You must give three unbound copies to the Coordinator before 5:00PM, on the last day of classes (Wednesday,  April 2nd, 2008). These will be used by the committee members, the Coordinator, and the Department Chair. You will also need a copy for yourself and one for your supervisor ie. a total of five copies. These copies can be printed on both sides if you want to save trees.

LATE SUBMISSION & EXTENSIONS

The penalty for missing the above deadline is a reduction of your overall course mark by one letter grade. Extensions are only granted for sudden, severe, and well-documented crises such as a medical problem or death involving an immediate family member. Granting extensions creates an uneven playing field within the class and generates bad-feelings amongst your class-mates, most of whom would also like an extension. Please do not ask for an extension for reasons other than the above (or the one given at  http://core.ecu.edu/psyc/wuenschk/thhumor.htm)
